1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "amjil," "we," "us," "our" refers to the amjil platform and its operating entity, accessible at amjil.org.
• "Platform" means the amjil website, mobile site, and any related applications through which gaming and betting services are provided.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the amjil platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching deposits granted to a Member pursuant to an active promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures that amjil conducts to confirm the identity, age, and location of a Member.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the amjil platform is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the amjil platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the amjil Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and amjil. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include that person.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the amjil platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register administered by amjil or any regulatory authority, and you are not subject to any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your place of residence.
• You are not employed by amjil, its affiliates, game providers, payment processors, or any other entity in a position where access to the platform would constitute a conflict of interest under applicable rules.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the amjil platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the amjil platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. amjil reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including bonus funds, upon discovery.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date. You must notify amjil promptly if any of your registration details change by contacting support at [email protected].

amjil reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any time as part of its KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access the amjil platform using your account.

All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. amjil shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such loss results directly from amjil's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

You must notify amjil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support. amjil will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions completed prior to that notification.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

amjil supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your amjil account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. amjil does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Violation of this requirement may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. amjil reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where large amounts are involved or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.

amjil targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. amjil is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

amjil does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond amjil's control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

amjil may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all amjil promotions:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Where a maximum bet limit is stated for a promotion, placing bets that exceed that limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bets placed in breach of the limit.
• amjil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of a promotion, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or collusion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the amjil platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical dealing processes conducted under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of amjil's commercial interests.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on-screen and the result recorded on amjil's server, the server record shall be deemed definitive. amjil is not liable for losses arising from hardware malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or other technical issues on the player's side.

amjil reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical fault has demonstrably affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account. amjil will not honour winnings from a game round that has been voided on this basis.

For sports betting markets, amjil's trading team may suspend, void, or settle markets differently from the publicly available result where there is evidence of match manipulation, official result correction, or regulatory instruction. The amjil settlement decision is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amjil platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or places a disproportionate load on platform infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided if not reported.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or the use of arbitrage strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing amjil staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

amjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take our obligations to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configurable on-screen alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: A persistent display of your session duration and net position, updated throughout your gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and six weeks during which you cannot access the platform and will not receive any marketing communications from amjil.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum six-month exclusion from the amjil platform across all products, services, and communication channels. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the amjil platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content, is the property of amjil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without amjil's prior written consent.

The amjil name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of amjil. You may not use any amjil trademark without prior written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjil's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

amjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or cost of procurement of substitute services, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if amjil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

amjil does not exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by amjil's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by amjil; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The amjil platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. amjil makes no warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to the platform or any service provided through it.

13 Suspension & Termination

amjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• A regulatory instruction or court order requiring amjil to restrict or close the account.
• Risk management or commercial reasons, including but not limited to repeated bonus abuse or patterns of play indicative of professional advantage play incompatible with amjil's product offerings.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud, verified real-money funds remaining in the account will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting amjil support. Upon your voluntary closure request, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

14 Amendments to These Terms

amjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, amjil will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notification on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the amjil platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting amjil support in writing at [email protected]. amjil will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial written notification, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394).
